How does your repair facility work with insurance companies?
We work directly with your insurance company. If you choose to file a claim with your insurance company, we’ll take care of everything from arranging your rental car to interfacing with your insurance company. We complete repairs for customers of major insurance companies every day.

Where will the repair work be performed?
All repair work is performed at our main repair facility. Our processes and facilities allow us to repair your car as quickly as possible.

Do I need an appointment for a repair estimate?
You’ll save time with a scheduled appointment. However, we will accommodate walk-in customers between scheduled appointments.

Do you charge for repair estimates?
There is no charge for the estimate.

How much does a rental car cost per day?
We will help you arrange alternative transportation during the time your vehicle is undergoing repair. If you have “rental reimbursement” on your insurance policy, your car insurance may actually cover a portion or all of the costs associated with the rental while your personal vehicle is undergoing repair. Specific rental car prices depend on the type of car chosen and availability. We can give you the phone number of the rental car company we use if you have more specific questions.
